Pictures and video of BlackBerry A10
The BlackBerry A10 is a bigger screen replacement of the current Z10 flagship. Specs that leaked earlier this month tell us it will pack a 5" AMOLED display with 720p resolution and a dual-core Krait processor at 1.7GHz (up from 1.5GHz, but it's the same chipset). The battery has seen a massive 1,000mAh bump to 2,800mAh, but other than that it's mostly the same as the Z10.

A new video (again from Taiwan) plus a whole bunch of photos give a quick hardware tour of a working BlackBerry A10. As can be expected, it's taller and wider than a Z10 (which has a 4.2" screen). The back panel seems to made of Motorola RAZR-like Kevlar material and is removable.
While the battery is not accessible, there are some helpful labels under there, which confirm the specs from the leaked slide. The A10 is 9.4mm thick, a hair thicker than the Z10, and has a metal frame under the back cover.
BlackBerry A10 compared to the Z10
The BlackBerry A10 was running BB OS 10.2, but there are no immediately noticeable changes to the UI over 10.1. The unit bears an AT&T logo on its back.
Unfortunately, there's still no info on when the BlackBerry A10 will launch.

Nokia Lumia 625 promo video is out, gives you a 1-minute tour of its key selling points
The Nokia Lumia 625 aims to bring a big screen and LTE connectivity on the cheap this September. The phone packs a 4.7″ WVGA screen (201ppi) with Nokia’s color profile and super sensitivity goodies, plus a 5MP / 1080p camera that features the Smart Camera app.

The first promo video focuses on these things and more.
Nokia went all out with the Lumia 625 and the €220 handset (before taxes and subsidies) has a lot going for it – a large screen to watch videos on, Dolby surround sound headphone playback, playing games on the dual-core Krait processor, shooting creative photos with Smart Camera and using the free HERE Drive navigation.
Screen resolution aside, it sounds pretty sweet – it’s a lot more capable than entry-level Android phones.
Leaked Moto X video ad shows the phone has a few neat tricks
The Moto X is far from been announced but we are already seeing various leaks all over the place. Next in the series is a leaked video ad for the phone, purportedly made by Canadian carrier Rogers Wireless.
Ever since the Nokia Lumia 1020 unveiling earlier this week, Motorola has been involved in various sorts of guerrilla marketing of its long-rumored upcoming smartphone Moto X, including, but not limited to, the appearance in the hands of a high-ranking Google executive and assorted other leaks.
This time, the newly leaked video shows some of the new features of the phone. We are yet to see whether these nifty features are some sort of differentiators for Motorola or whether they are simply part of the next Android iteration, which will supposedly premiere on the Moto X.
The new stuff shown in the video includes:
We've also spotted a side slot for a SIM card, so we would guess the battery would be non-removable on this one.
Another fresh leak shows the Open Mic voice commands in action. These work even in standby.
Motorola also recently used its Twitter account to tease us with a set of blurry photos of a kid with the title "Either this kid is really fast, or today’s phones are really slow."

- Open Mic - an always-on mic for voice commands ala Google Glass;
- Active Updates - part of the screen auto wakes up to show notifications and the clock in standby;
- Camera is launched by twisting your wrist twice;
- No on-screen shutter key, you just touch anywhere on the viewfinder and the camera takes a picture
- Holding your finger for longer on the screen makes the camera quickly take several snaps in succession;
- The Moto X will launch to market (in Canada at least) as early as this August in both black and white.
- The LTE capabilities;
- The semi-transparent on-screen navigation keys.
We've also spotted a side slot for a SIM card, so we would guess the battery would be non-removable on this one.

5-inch BlackBerry A10 (Aristo) leaks on video
We can't say we haven't seen the BlackBerry A10 before, but seeing it in action on video is a new ballgame altogether.
The video comes straight from Vietnam, courtesy of a mobile accessory shop, called Vivix. So far we don't have much details about the device itself.

Nokia gives you 10 reasons to want the Nokia Lumia 1020
The Nokia Lumia 1020 took the majority of our attention this past week. And while our loyal readers probably don't need any encouragement to lust in their hearts for the handset the same way that Jimmy Carter told Playboy in 1976 that he lusts after...uh...let's just say peanuts, Nokia has posted a top ten list of reasons to want the device.
We will pass along the list in the same order as Nokia did. The first reason is the 41MP camera sensor. There is also the ZEISS optics and the Optical Image Stabilization. If photography is your thing, you don't need any more reason to buy the Nokia Lumia 1020 than this. The second reason to buy the phone is the Nokia Pro Camera software which helps you change the exposure level, white balance, shutter speed and film ISO. The software combines with the camera hardware to make you a better photographer.
According to Nokia, the Finnish OEM had to add ball bearings to the camera which happens to result in better low-light pictures and smoother videos. We've seen the OIS in action and the results are impressive. In addition, Nokia's dual capture takes two pictures with a press of the shutter. One is a full resolution shot for you to edit while the other is a 5MP photo for you to share with your social networks. Those are reasons three and four.
Reason five is the editing possibilities that the Nokia Lumia 1020 gives you, including the ability to re-frame and re-zoom. And don't forget the next-gen Xenon flash on the phone which can light up a picture even at the fastest shutter speed of 1/16,000th of a second. And that shutter speed is another reason by Nokia to buy this model. You can also set the shutter speed to as long as 4 seconds. The point is, you are the creative genius with this handset.
When taking videos with the Nokia Lumia 1020, you can zoom in 6 times without losing any picture quality and sound quality is enhanced using Nokia Rich Recording stereo. And finally, Nokia says that the model is a super smartphone, too, with access to 165,000 apps and 22 million songs in Nokia Music.
Now that Nokia has given you ten reason to buy the Nokia Lumia 1020, are you any closer to pulling the trigger? Pre-orders begin on July 16th with the phone shipping ten days later. And yes, it is an AT&T exclusive, at least for now.

Watch the Nokia Lumia 1020 announcement live here
Okay folks, the timer is near zero and it's time to kick off the Nokia event that will officially lift the veil off the Lumia 1020 camera phone. We've seen a deluge of leaks, basically there's nothing we don't know about the device – we have the specs, the images, sample photos and videos, even pricing and accessories.
Still, it would be nice to Nokia's presentation as the leaks are bound to have missed a salient detail or two and they tell us nothing of Nokia's plans for the future. Will the Lumia 1020 be a one-off superiority device or the first model of many?

Android 4.2 update for Galaxy S3 leaks, you can try it now
A pre-release version of the hotly anticipated Android 4.2.2 update for the Samsung Galaxy S III has surfaced, showing us what to expect when the latest Android version hits the 2012 Samsung flagship. Even better, the ROM is available for download, so the most impatient Galaxy S III owners needn't wait any more to experience the latest and greatest from Google.
So far, the confirmed updates include a new lockscreen as well as new screen modes, the latter allowing you to tune the saturation and color accuracy of your Samsung Galaxy S III better. Daydream, driving mode and actionable notifications are also now available to the former Samsung flagship. The list of updates continues with updated S Voice, which is now integrated with more apps and supports more commands.
The guys from Sammobile, who were able to get their hands on the pre-release ROM created a brief video to show us the Android 4.2-powered Samsung Galaxy S III in action. Check it out.
If you are interested in trying the leaked ROM you can follow the source link to download the required files and see the tutorial for installation. Naturally, flashing a release not meant for public usage will void your warranty so only proceed if you know what you are doing. Also, keep in mind that this not being a final ROM, some bugs are to be expected.

Share games on the Play Station 4
Sharing games on consoles is a tricky business. So tricky in fact that Microsoft has gone out of its way to ensure that you cannot share games with anyone on the Xbox One.

In this highly complex tutorial video, Sony attempts to show that you can share your games on the PS4 and also how you can do it. It’s a bit technical but worth watching.
